My work grows from a deep engagement with self-expression, transformation, and the innovations that emerge through sustained making. Rooted in reverence for the natural world, I create pieced and printed textile surfaces that reflect an ongoing practice of observation and curiosity.
I am drawn to processes that balance structure and spontaneity. Compositions evolve through experimentation and improvisation. What begins with an idea often transforms in the making, revealing subtle traces of time, touch, and change.
Natural dyes and repurposed textiles are integral to my practice. Each material carries the memory of a specific time and place—plants cultivated in my dye garden or sustainably foraged, alongside fabrics sourced from local thrift stores. These slow, mindful, and often serendipitous methods allow me to collaborate with landscape and community, honoring the cycles that shape both environment and self.
